In isolation Simultaneously fresh mint, although the Koreans, it was dated. Where old Tucson was criticized for a lack of style, fashion-friendly iX35 quite firmly replied, with a better balanced proportions, tangled spoken and skilled sculpture. Just do not stare too long or the upper front grille split turned into a whale's blowhole and hexagonal overall consumption has been fenced in chrome stripes, like a teenage love letters written in ballpoint silver.

Almost invisible on our test car silver, but conspicuous eyesore on the score of dark samples already on the road - the early sales have been productive. Resist the urge to add a terrifying bull bar on a regular basis unless you plan on bashing into things like a pink cow or farm gate. So, apart from the fussy grille, top effort from Hyundai. No such problem with the new Sportage, which will look good even through a fish bowl. It's a sci-fi meets Tonka toys marriage quiet, athletic stance, the clean lines and solid surface.

Dramatically cooler than its competitors, it's ace test our styling. COMMAND CENTRE Right up to Korea exploded onto the scene, Qashqai interior looks very nice. Now, you can not help thinking it would look very nice in a double cab bakkie. Not that the quality problem.

All switches that operate with a decent weight and impressive precision and build feels solid. What's more, only the Qashqai has a soft-touch dashboard. Seoul unyielding counter with funky styles and leather seats, though bench Nissan's generously padded cloth-covered are comfier siblings. Strange, is not even a choice cowhide on Qashqai.

That easily the busiest of the three with a fair value of the dispute to the form of buttons, although it does not mean unattractive. The Sportage more restrained but no less functional mix of understated class with a bit of Amsterdam-by-night. Some backlit LCD display emits a soft red light like a beacon in a sea of dark gray.

In the midst of all the plastic dash is black and slippery texture of the piano part HVAC, a minimum of ornate chrome and buttons, the danger of striking positioned Vermillion.
